New Jersey Orators, Inc. (founded in 1985) is a non-profit youth organization that teaches the art of public speaking, an appreciation for literature, reading and media arts literacy, civic engagement, college readiness and life skills to youth from 7 to 18 years of age in preparation for advance learning.

New Jersey Orators had a very obsolete software for scheduling and managing their speech competitions.
Bad Communication Between Chapters: New Jersey Orators had a bad communication between its chapters which are located in different parts of New Jersey due to a very obsolete web application which was very confusing and hard to use for the chapter managers. Since it is a non-profit organization, they didn’t have the costs to invest all the time into teaching new members how to use the software. Instead, it made more sense to get the software modernized to make it simple to use.
CodeBright has modernized the software for New Jersey Orators and made it very easy to use. We can say that we almost built it from scratch. We started with reverse engineering of the processes and were able to create a user-friendly web app that meets all of the expectations of the public speaking school.
