There was no single software in the frac industry that would combine all control and monitoring processes. There were issues with compatibility and connectivity/integration with different tools and sensors due to multiple protocols. This led to limitations in the usage of sensors only from specific companies due to proprietary communication protocols.
The software was built to be inclusive, intuitive, and easy–to–use that is compatible with the majority of sensors (universal configurations). It has a wide range of customization abilities that allow the process control, monitoring, and presentation to be tailored to the specific needs of each frac company and its clients.
