Our client wanted to create a CRM that would allow :

Solution
CodeBright built the CRM from scratch. We started with the research to make sure that the product will suit all of the needs of the client.
The final CRM that we built has the following features:
- managing every client request from the Lead to the final work done
- connection of the salesmen and technicians, crew and vendors
- helping salesmen manage Leads and make them real Work request
- helping salesmen manage materials delivery, crew and technicians work

- Custom fields – there’s a possibility to create custom fields for almost every section in CRM

- Automation of routine tasks
- Technician portal – a separate web application that connects with CRM and helps technicians manage their events and send reports about their work to salesmen
- Customer portal – a separate web application that connects with CRM and helps customers track the Job progress and have an access to all documents as Estimate Invoice and etc
- Sync with Signable – sign document online
- Sync with Eagleview – quick measurements
- Sync with Outlook – there’s a possibility to send emails from CRM to customers directly and view the history of emails
